Mason Jar Mania

Unless you've been living under a rock, then you know one of the biggest trends in wedding decor is the good ole mason jar.  Southern traditional weddings, outdoor weddings, hippie weddings.... the mason jar fits almost any theme and any venue.

The uses for a mason jar are endless.  Use them as a tea light candle holder, vase for wild flowers, or bind them together using twine to create your own unique center piece.  They can even be the container for your signature drink!  Mason jars come in all sizes, colors, and a few different shapes, if you're good at searching.  The good thing about mason jars is they are really easy to come by.  You can buy them in bulk at Wal-Mart, go visit a yard sale or a flea market.  Wedding planners love to use mason jars because they are inexpensive and can be used for multiple purposes, and couples like to use them because the mason jar is unique.  There are a million and one ways to use these jars!  I love finding different inspirations for mason jars, so I'll stop typing and let you feast over these gorgeous photos...

Backyard Tennessee Mason Jars, ya'll

Take a 4x4 piece of wood, slap on a stain to give it a whole new look, and add assorted vases with wildflowers, and a few mason jars with twine wrapped around the neck to complete this center piece.

Grab some chalk paint from your local hardware store and paint on this cool feature!
